Coimbatore : Senior leader of Dravida Kazhagam, K. Veeramani denounced the BJP-AIADMK alliance as a shameful and slavery alliance, at the CPI meet "Arasiyal Eluchi Manaadu" held in Coimbatore on Wednesday.
"I am forced to call it a 'slavery alliance' as AIADMK cannot propose or derive at any plans, they simply have to follow the instructions from Amit Shah", he noted.
"During this five years of BJP's regime, the nation has been pledged to Corporates and Communal forces. Unemployment is at the highest. BJP claims that 2 crore employment was provided every year. In that case, has Modi provided 10 Crore employment?. Modi promised to deposit Rs 15 lakhs in every citizens account which has now shrunk to Rs. 2000", he lambasted.
BJP is trying to politicize the tense situation prevailing between India and Pakistan, he alleged.
